Earthquake drills are done to prepare oneself in times of disaster. Disasters may come at any time and at any place; and with just a snap of a finger, it can bring a huge amount of problems that can take long in finding a solution to fix so. Not only that, but the worse event that any person could ever bear to witness, is losing the people they love the most.
Participating in earthquake drills like the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill program can save lives and could help prevent losing lives as well. Participating in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill program and other more drills can help boost and improve one’s awareness and preparedness. The knowledge we can get from this program can give a person a sense of safety and security, knowing what to do when earthquakes come. And who knows? We might also be able to save a life when that time comes!
Coming to take part of the program can help so much not only to yourself, but to others as well. It is also important that we stand in unity and lend a hand to those in need. Doing so can contribute to the resiliency of the country, for a much prepared Philippines.
