Hello, Bye Valentines

February 14th, the day of hearts, Valentine’s Day. The day almost all couples out there anticipate every year. And as someone who’s still single, I can’t relate. But that doesn’t mean I hate Valentines. I’m very sure a there are lot of people who celebrated Valentines by themselves and it ain’t all that bad. Who’s to say that we can’t celebrate the day without having a significant other? And to those couples who spent Valentines day with each other, may you guys last long and stay happy! No sarcasm included.

Valentine’s Day in this pandemic seems a little bit different from the ‘usual’ Valentine’s Day with restrictions around and such. Not even the pandemic can stop people from celebrating the day of hearts. But still, it is important to observe health protocols even on Valentines day  or when going out. We have to take care of ourselves and our loved ones as well. Going out on dates by yourself or with someone, it is always a must to follow guidelines and protocols because all these are for our well being, so let us not disregard. And it is also a nice idea to spend Valentine’s Day inside home too, Netflix and chill as an example. With the pandemic still around there are a bunch of ideas on spending time with loved ones while keeping them safe also.

Single or not, everyone can still enjoy Valentines. It may seem kind of weird or different this year, but it is up to you keep it that way or do something to change that. To whoever is reading this, I wish you luck on life and love! What’s yours will find you!
